Schon Wochen vorher wird geprobt. Die deutsche Schuel feiert traditionell in der deutschen Kirche in der Altstadt. Als &#8222;neuer&#8220; Kollege darf ich bereits eine Stunde vor Beginn, also um 7.30 Uhr die T\u00fcr bewachen. Das hei\u00dft,\u00a0alle Mitwirkenden reinlassen und alle anderen freundlich vertr\u00f6sten. Die Kirche ist dann wirklich randvoll, kein Stehplatz ist mehr frei. Der Chor der Viert- und F\u00fcnftkl\u00e4ssler in wei\u00dfen Gew\u00e4ndern zieht mit dem Lucia-Lied ein. Kurz danach folgen die Abiturienten, angef\u00fchrt von Lucia. Den Abschluss macht der Weihnachtsmann mit dem Feuerl\u00f6scher.
